Jona Eiswerth
Sr. Licensed Insurance Broker Specialist & Office Manager
Jona has been a licensed insurance broker since 2004. Alice and Jona are sisters. In September 2017, Jona started full-time as an insurance agent working with her sister at Alice Stelter Insurance. She is an avid communicator with excellent people skills and an eye for detail and organization. Jona has two children and is extremely busy with her eight grandchildren. In her spare time, Jona enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Carol Bruch
Licensed Insurance Broker Specialist
Carol joined Alice Stelter in 2021, bringing many years of office customer service experience. Her husband Todd, their three daughters, and six grandchildren are her pride and joy. When not in the office, you may see her out and about with her camera. Carol enjoys photography, spending time with family and friends, and their two dogs, Charlie, and a goldendoodle name Finnegan.
Tammy Smith
Office Assistant
Tammy joined the Alice Stelter Insurance Agency team in May 2022. We rely on her expertise in customer relations and assistance around the office. Tammy's pride and joy are her children and four grandchildren, who she loves spending time with whenever she has the chance. Outside of the office, Tammy can often be found out and about with her husband, Larry, listening to live music, and she also volunteers at the local VFW. Tammy loves the summer months lounging by the pool with family and friends or taking her yearly vacations to the beach.
Jessica Nichols
Office Assistant
Our newest member, Jessica joined the team in June 2022. With her years in restaurant management, she boasts excellent customer service skills. She loves to travel and takes multiple trips each year, whether it's to the beach, her annual Florida trip, or elsewhere. When she's not in the office, Jessica can typically be found at the softball fields or the track field cheering on her daughter. When Jessica isn't traveling or at a softball game, Jessica is spending time with friends or family or with her nose in a book with a good glass of wine.
